We are the first Polish association for Executive Assistants, founded to elevate the profession, inspire innovation, and redefine leadership support.
Assistologist is more than an organization; it’s a movement. We unite Executive Assistants, Leaders, and Educators who believe that true leadership is built on partnership, not hierarchy.
The name combines assist (Latin assistere, to stand by, to support) and ologist (Greek logos, expert in a field), reflecting our mission to master the art and science of strategic support.
